Class Descriptions

Body Shred: Designed by Jillian Michaels, this workout is a high intensity 30-minute endurance workout that will help you shed fat, and define muscle to achieve a strong, sexy, shredded body.

Boot Camp: Challenge yourself with this fast paced, calorie blasting workout. Using traditional Boot Camp style approach as well as other varieties. Boot Camp is for every fitness level and modifications are always offered from the beginner to the advanced.

Butt & Gut: A workout designed to target specific problem areas; hamstrings, glutes, quads and core. Come in for this one stop shop to help you tone and strengthen those trouble areas.

Cycling: Party with the pedals attached! Designed to build endurance and strength during this high-energy class of intervals, hill-climbs, and cardio-muscular training.

Insanity: A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principals of MAX Interval Training. A 45 minute workout will keep your heart rate high for maximum results.

MixxedFit®: A people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Steps are easy to follow and intensity increase throughout the hour. All toning is done with your own body weight. A great time to shake your booty and get in shape.

POP Pilates: A total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer’s body like nothing else can.

POUND!: A cycling and power class that pairs minutes of sprints and climbs on the bike with intervals of kettlebell and core training.

UP-Lift: Feel UP-Lifted with this faith-based fitness class. Led by intention and prayer, come prepared to give YOUR best. All fitness levels welcome. Incorporating a mix of cardio, strength training, and so much more. UP-Lift is a community that believes no one does life alone and together is better. Join in and be UP-Lifted!

REFIT®: Combines several elements of fitness into one power packed hour. Structured around cardio dance movements. Toning, flexibility and strength training are also incorporated. Workout is easy to follow; will challenge fitness enthusiasts as well as welcome beginners.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training. R.I.P.P.E.D. helps you attain and maximize your physique in ways that are fun, safe, and doable.

Yoga: A continuous flow of yoga asanas and stretches that are designed to help stretch and lengthen the body with a focus on proper breathing and techniques that are geared to help relax your body and release tension.

Zumba ®: Takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Creates an atmosphere that is incredibly fun, different, and so easy to follow that everyone can do it.

Zumba Gold ®: Perfect for Active Older Adults or those who are beginners to Zumba. This class recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity level. With easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Karate: Available for an additional fee to Westcoast members and non-members. Training is both mental (self discipline, self confidence, tolerance) and physical (aikido, taekwondo, and related weapons).
