Our facility is still closed and will be until the closure requirement is lifted. There has been a few questions that we have received recently so we would like to clear those worries up as best as we can. Here is a FAQ list of the past week:

 

Q: How will billing be affected by the closure of the facility?

A: Billing for the next immediate payment period will be prorated, based on days the gym was closed.

 

Q: How can I put my membership on hold while the COVID-19 issue is going on?

A: Email us at westcoastfitnessportorchard@gmail.com with your first and last name as well as your bar code number and we will get you all set up.

 

Q: Will we be billed even if the gym remains closed past March 31st?

A: Members will not be billed until the gym reopens.

 

Q: Can I still use my 24-Hour access during the closure?

A: Unfortunately, all access to the gym will be blocked until the statewide ban is lifted.
